Which graphic card is supported for my motherboard??

Hi
i am planning to buy a slight more powerful graphic card for my pc?

the problem is i dont know what pci slots my pc suppots and what appropriate pci version graphic card i should select so that it can be used fully without wasting any extra bandwidth my new graphic card wud support and utillized completely by pci slots built in mother board.

Motherboard Name- Intel Coconut Creek D945GCCR

Graphic card - XFX GeForce 7200 GS Bus Type PCI Express 1.0 x16 @ 1.0 x16(it will be replaced by my new one).

so please help me out for choosing compatible graphic card for my motherboard.

What are you hoping to do with this graphics card? Your CPU is too slow to play many high end games.

i already have above mentioned graphic card and i am trying to upgrade it, only thing i wanna know is which new graphic card i should buy which can be compatible with my above mentioned motherboard.??

hmm i m not into that graphic editing stuff so my normal programs won't make that enough usage for graphics....but sometimes i wud like to play some online n single player games like gta 4, cod black ops etc at somewhat medium settings...so using such applications wud suffice my needs.
