Which build is better for gaming?

I'm going to build a gaming pc and I want to know which build is better for gaming.

1st build

Intel Core I5-3459 Ivy Bridge CPU

MSI B75MA-E33 B75 Motherboard

kingston ddr3 1600mhz 8gb (1 stick) RAM

Seagate 1 tb hardrive

Lite-on iHAS124 24X DVD writer

Cooler Master RC-371-KKN3 Elite 371 case

Sapphire HD7850 2 GB GDDR5 Video card

ANTEC HCG520 High Current Gamer 520W 80Plus Bronze power supply

2nd build

CPU: Intel Core i5-3350P 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor

Motherboard: ASRock B75M-DGS Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard

Memory: Mushkin Blackline 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Video Card: MSI Radeon HD 7850 2GB Video Card

Case: Rosewill REDBONE ATX Mid Tower Case

Power Supply: Rosewill Green 630W 80 PLUS Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply

Optical Drive: Sony AD-7280S-0B DVD/CD Writer

if you can replace in your first build mobo for asus or asrock and get 2x4gb ram sticks then it's gonna be better.

Second build flaw is PSU, get an Antec, Seasonic, XFX, Corsair or PC Power and Cooling, Silverstone. ~ 520-550w. At least 80+ bronze quality. then it's gonna dominate first.

Number one with number two's RAM.

The only difference between the two builds is the case and PSU, which dont affect gaming performance in any way (though a horrible PSU like that Rosewill Green will affect the systems lifespan).
