Freezing problems.

just bought this new laptop toshiba satellite L745.
The specs are: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2410M CPU @ 2.30Ghz , nvidia GeForce GT 525M with 4GB of RAM. The windows experience is 5.7. The harddisk is 480GB out of 582GB.

My laptop sometimes suddenly freeze out of nowhere,even at idle mode. im using high perfomance battery plan,but it still happens. can anybody help with this?

If it is freezing it is probably over-heating. Use it on a flat surface (not a bed) or get a cooler that goes underneath it if you use it on a bed or your lap. Also you might want to change your battery plan to one that doesn't keep everything running all the time. That will help temps a lot....
