Is Gtx 650 better then gtx 260 ?

just another question about this is Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 DirectCU 1GB GDDR5 better then gtx 260 1gb i cannot the right answer
i had gtx 260 for few years i been running all the games at high settings..

the TI version is somewhat faster than the non-TI one...

the Ti one based on different chip. GTX650 Ti even beats GTX285
