ATI AIW 128 tv-out...fullscreen?

I tried my brother's tnt2 w/tv out to play a DVD and games on the tv, but it wasnt taking up the full tv screen. It was just this smaller picture in the centre, with a couple inches of black space all the way around it(I'm not talking about the space top and bottom on widescreen).
I was wondering if the ATI all in wonder 128 32mb PCI would play stuff using the full tv screen? or what cards do?

Yes, and I might add that you can get the AIW Radeon ( much better deal) for about $20-30 more. ATI, as cited in several reviews here and at other sites has superior Video output options compared to NVidia based cards, mainly because of experience.

If it works for you then don't fix it.
