Will this system work?

Im looking to build a new gaming system, not anything too fancy, just thinking average benchmarks on games like BattleField 3, DayZ mod for ARMA II. Anything from 30-60 is good for me.
For this built, I've been looking at following components.

Most important thing for me is that it will work, and I don't wanna go overboard and spend alot more money on the motherboard, so if it's not sufficient for the system, please do tell.

First of all the system is built around this case:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Motherboard:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Power Supply:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

CPU:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
Im looking to use the CPU cooler that's included in the Boxed set.

Graphics:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Memory:
http://www.corsair.com/en/memory-by-product-family/valu...

I'm starting off with 4 gigs of RAM, and might go out and buy another 4 gigs later on, but as it is, my income isn't the biggest, so this is what I'm limiting myself to right now.

Harddrive:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

CD/DVD:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

All of the components should fit inside the case real snug. So the main question I have is; will the system work and if not, what has to be changed? The case is one I already have, and I'm not interested in going much bigger than that.

Hope you can answer my questions :-)

I'm from Denmark, but I don't really have a max budget so to speak, since I'm buying the components over time, but if I were to set a budget, I would be looking at around 850$, seeing as I already have the case.

That is 811 Euros however.

My budget in euros is more along 600€.

But will the components that I've found for my system work together? Or do I need to buy another motherboard or CPU cooler?
