just my 2 cents, but if your not overclocking now, then when ? lol transfer the money either of those builds suggest from a cpu cooler into gpu, get a XFX 7870, or spend more get a EVGA 660 ti. I would spend money on a better cooler when you want to OC. although there is nothing wrong with getting a 212 cooler. those stock coolers aren't premium coolers, but while gaming you would rather a better gpu. everything else suggested is very nice. like is said though, its just what i would do. hope my opinion helped!
