Will a nx8800gts work with an aspire x3950?

I just wanted to know if my MSI NX8800GTS will work with my aspire x4950 motherboard. I already had this graphic's card from a previous computer and need it for Guild Wars2 so hopefully it will fit if it is compatible. Also, I have the PCI Express version.
