Can i get this pc to be cheaper?

hi I'm making a gaming rig and I just want to know if there is a way I can decrease the price and not the performance.

My build:

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor $225.90

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler $30.99

Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Pro3 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard $99.99

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory $39.99

Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive $69.99

Video Card: MSI Radeon HD 7850 2GB Video Card $199.99

Case: Rosewill Challenger-U3 ATX Mid Tower Case $59.99

Power Supply: SeaSonic 520W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply $79.99

Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer $17.17

OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit) $96.99

Total: $920.99

I will not be overclocking anytime soon and don't change the GPU or CPU. So do I need a cpu cooler? and I'm iffy on the motherboard. What about the Power Supply the wattage is around 316W and the power supply is 520W but I'm more comfortable with a higher wattage on the psu is that wrong? Thanks.

More about cheaper
  1. I would drop the Processor to i5 3470 with a H77 Mobo.
If you don't do any Serious Software work, ^ Thats the way to reduce it.

And Upgrade to a better GPU and a 1600Mhz RAM.

What if I want it for gaming and get most games on high-ultra
  3. Just Games Right?

i5 3470 is Good at that.
And you'll save up money going with it.
And be sure to get a H77 or B75 Mobo

And you can upgrade to a 7870\GTX660 with the Saved Money.
Because a 7850 isn't enough to run games on Ultra
  4. The rosewill challenger is not a great case . It won an award from Tomsghardware for being cheap
  5. your rg is great the way it is, just keep it that way and purchase. aftermarket cooler comes afterwards in a week or so then oc the hell of it if you want.
