Macbook Pro 13' Suddenly stopped working

Hello, I have a Macbook Pro 13' which is less than a year old.
I use it for spreadsheets and office work so nothing intense. One day the screen went black and it wouldn't start. I took it to apple who attempted to fix it and then told us the problem. They said it was water damage. I then took it to another computer repair store who tried to diagnose the problem. When the unplugged the keyboard/trackpad from the motherboard, It worked!
It was very slow but it booted up and worked so obviously it isn't water damage. If it was, The computer wouldn't work at all.

I took it back home and tried to start it up again. The screen turned white and the startup chime played but then the screen went black and the computer was off again. However, I noticed that the sleep light indicator was flashing rapidly while the computer was trying to boot. I tried to reset the PRAM (command+option+p+r) and now the computer wont even try and boot.

I need some help to find out what the problem is. I will be selling it but I want to try and fix it first. If all fails I will sell it for parts.

Full specs:

GPU: HD 4000 Intel graphics
RAM: 4GB 1600mhz

ANY help will be greatly appreciated :)
