More about rate
  1. Get an fx 6300 or 4300 for $10 more. Both are stronger.
  2. I imagine you are using it for gaming? I'd rate it a healthy 7-8. Good build in general.
  3. Get this : http://pcpartpicker.com/p/xkGl

Likelt_dan_zsu said, get the FX-6300, do NOT get the FX-6100, that includes the hyper 212 evo in the list+FX6300 and a 1.5TB for the same price as 1TB hdd, a good case with airflow.
Also changed the sapphire 7870 for a xfx 7870, that sapphire is plagued by black screen/freeze problems.
  4. Real solid build. I agree with dan though too with $10 more and the extra performance you'll get it only makes sense. I'd rate it a 7.

I will upgrade the processor but is it possible to switch out heatsinks in the future?
  6. Yes, if you don't have the budget for it, you can add latter the aftermarket cooler, but just get the FX-6300 and switch the 7870 sapphire for another 7870.
  7. I like Django's build. Yes, it is very possible to change out heat sinks. Depending on the case, you might have to take the mobo out though. That is a really good cooler though.
  8. if you can afford it, a 64GB SSD will greatly improve boot times and all round system speed, you should be able to get one for around $60
