Better gpu for my build...

First thing you should do is to change the psu, do not get raidmax psus, get the corsair CX500w or xfx 550w pro.
As for the 7950, i'll leave that for you, i don't know your preferences(in terms of brands of gpus), but your cpu will not bottleneck the 7950 or any other card, a substantial upgrade in my opinion will be either a 670 gtx or a 7970.
Also you can change the ssd for a cheaper one(as good as the one you have) : http://pcpartpicker.com/part/plextor-internal-hard-driv...

i would not recommend getting a raidmax psu you can get better something by the likes of corsair, seasonic, silverstone, & xfx. Also i sorta remade the list & its some more but there are upgrades. The case i picked is more for airflow but you can stick with the one you picked. there is an aftermarket cooler it will let the cpu run cooler & quieter. For the gpu it really depends on what games you play if you read a couple reviews you will get the idea.

Are Raidmax psu's bad? I'm thinking the Powercolor 7950 3gb..it's about the same price as the 660ti after rebate
