So i'm in a tight budget and this are the two specs that i can afford but i can't think of which one to pick

1st build:
Intel Core i3 3220 3.3ghz
H61M-P31
4gb G. Skill Ripjaws 2x4
PC HD 7770 1gb 1ghz edition
500 gb Seagate Barracuda
Asus sata DVD-RW
Fsp hexa he500 500w
Raidmax Super Atlas

2nd build
Intel G850 2.9ghz Pentium DC Sandy Bridge
Gigabyte H61M-DS2
8gb G. Skill Ripjaws 2x4
Power Color HD 7850 2gb
500 gb Seagate Barracuda
Fsp hexa he500 500w
Cooler Master Elite 372

And would the second build's core bottleneck its GPU?

Upgrade in both build is possible into a i5 or maybe i7. But i was wondering should i go with an i3 with a 7770 or go with the G850 with a 2gb 7850???

note: I'm going to play games on 1600x900 reso, BF3, Black ops 2, and other new games this 2012 - 2013

Neither - I wouldn't touch that case and power supply with a 10 foot pole. Raidmax makes a lot of junk and I wouldn't buy a power supply that isn't certified or rated. Cheap cases and power supplies are not worth it - the cheaper you go the more likely you are to have something fail on you.

I'm guessing you're on a $500 budget so I would go with something like this:
