http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... is my computer, it has a 500w in it with a 12v 34amp
My issue is that when i installed the card and turned on my computer it doesn`t recognize it at all, i downloaded the drivers manually rebooted and still nothing, i took the GPU to a tech shop tested it and it worked fine, I`m thinking its not working with my motherboard. Any ideas?

look at the slot and see if it might need a cleaning with some air if there is dust in it.

reseat the card a few times to insure it is in the slot.

make sure you plug the 6 pin power connection to it.
