GTX 660 Temps and Core

Hello my GTX 660 has temp 50C-58C when i play m mmorpg game: Aion at full max graphics

I want to know whats the temp i should be cautious at and the recommended/average temp. I will be using this graphics card for as long as i can think right now.

Also my quad core i5-3450 30C-40C sometimes 50C samething what are the temp i should be cautious at.

Note: No overclocking is done.

Well that temp is way great . My card usually goes up to 68C on 70% on full load.

Critical is above 80C and max is 97C.
