Monitor wont recognize computer

Hello, I recently took out my graphics card because i was visiting family in another state. I installed the graphics card on my family's computer and it worked easily, it ran fine but then my trip was over and i came home. I installed the graphics card back into my original computer and now my computer will boot up as it normally does but my monitor won't recognize my computer. Is this a problem with my graphics card?

I wouldnt rule it as a GPU problem just yet, try another computer just be to be sure it works. If it doesnt then it could be the GPU, if it does. Then theres some more troubleshooting to do to find out the possible problem.
