Hello, I have a problem.. For 3 days now my laptop doesnt want to turn off, i've just been putting it to sleep.. Can you help me?

This is usually caused by a resource that does not release memory, preventing the shutdown to complete. A review of the event viewer may show the cause.

Hi,

1-Pull out the battery

2-pull out the memory

3-plug in power try to power up

if you get beeps: try 1 memory at a time to boot up.

If you get nothing.

Is there a led flashing ?

If so you probably have a bad mobo and need to be replaced
