Hi everyone!

I am looking at building myself a gaming pc, on a very tight budget. I am obviously not expecting great framerates at high qualities, but because I have only played games on my laptop previously, I am used to rubbish framerates at low quality.

I am hoping to be able to play newer games such as Just Cause 2, GTA4, Arma 2, FSX and FarCry 3. I would be happy to play them on medium settings at 1024x768 as this is my monitor's resolution.

I was just wondering what you guys thought of the build and whether I can improve it in any way, or how I could save money. My budget is about £250 (about $400).

I have found the components on scan.co.uk, but I am happy to shop around to save money, although I am in the UK so any American websites would not be practical.

Case: http://goo.gl/j5cOj (Includes PSU)

CPU: http://goo.gl/xX07K

Motherboard: http://goo.gl/K0XrE

RAM: http://goo.gl/OCMxc

GPU: http://goo.gl/zPsZW

HDD: http://goo.gl/1FB8t (I have a 250GB external drive as well)

Total price: £228.75

Any opinions are very welcome :)

Even if your links DID work who is going to click on an unknown link that you went to so much effort to hide what it is instead of posting the real, legitimate link? Can we say drive by virus? No thanks

Apologies about the links not working, they work fine when I click on them.

I only shortened them because the originals were so long.

Here are the original links:

Why don't you post the names of the components?
