Msi gtx 670 PE vs EVGA gtx 590 classified

Hi, so im offered a slightly used EVGA gtx 590 classified for about the aqual of 620usd, and i'm also looking at the msi gtx 670 power edition new from the store for about 565usd (I live in Norway so ***'s expensive :p ) I know the gtx 590 outperforms the gtx 670 and even the gtx 680. I have the gtx 590 in my computer right now, the exact one im offered to buy from a friend, its working really well, but i've noticed it gets really hot, 85C at max load and the fans going on about 60-70%, i have a coolermaster haf 932 advanced with some extra fans besides the 4 stock ones so i don't have bad cooling :p  but with theese temps i wouldn't really overclock it pluss i've read that the gtx 590 doesn't really overclock anyways. Now the gtx 670 can overclock alot without getting high temps pluss it draws less power. So my questions are: could i overclock the gtx 670 PE to have eaqual performance to the gtx590 classified and what should i get?

my specs:
CM haf 932 advanced
motherboard: dont remember atm :p
amd phenom ii x4 955 BE OC to 3,7 ghz (this will probably be the next ting to upgrade)
kingston hyperX 16gb 1600mhz
x2 5770 in crossfire/gtx 590 atm
corsair HX 750w psu

My 670's are good to be honest though i don't know if they fixed it or not i called tech one day and they told me there was nothing to fix that if my cards died within warranty they send me new ones free of charge then emailed me this link lol. Originally Posted by MSI

MSI respects the result which is tested by Tom's Hardware, but we have much confidence and believe our products would not cause any customer RMA concerns.
Since MSI designs these custom products with overclocking in mind, we "supercharge" these cards because we're anticipating enthusiast to overclock. Because of this design decision and the higher component quality, we're able to provide more power to the board resulting in higher and longer GPU Boost operation without reducing the lifetime of the graphics card or warranty term.
MSI's all graphics cards including GTX 670 and GTX 660 Ti passed strict test and stand behind our products with a 3 year warranty.
