Display over scan

Hello,
I have a Panasonic HDTV model#TC-L37C22 connected to a EVGA GTX6704G card using an HDMI cable. I have the over scan problem where I dont see the edges completly. Would it help to get the adapter for DVI to HDMI or is there some tweeks out there that can help? I tried different aspec ratios but just made it worse.

there are over scan options in nvidia control panel
right click on the desktop and go to nvidia control panel to access it, look in tv settings
