I'm going to be expecting my GPU to be delivered tomorrow morning, I am going to install it myself and not spend money on a shop doing it.
I don't have an Anti-static wrist band so I was just wondering what the best method for grounding yourself is as I don't want to fry anything in my system.

Download the latest drivers from the manufactures website. Install the card physically then install the drivers. You can wipe the old drivers if you want.
