Hi, i've seen your build, the asrock board, is too much expensive there, the asus one is good, also for what components you have a lower priced case will do.
Spend more on the gpu, like a 670 gtx.
Also for now you just need 8GB, but if you want to add 16GB for the price, you can do it.

Hi, that's also a good case for the price, i see you want 16GB, nothing wrong with it, in my opinion i'd get the asus board, same specs, less price, if it's for gaming get a 670 gtx and you're set.

Hi, if you want to overclock the cpu, it's recommended a decent aftermarket cooler, like the one you had.

I will not be overclocking. Will this build be enough to play any game (out now) at high - ultra settings?

Yes, the stock cooler is enough for stock/turbo speeds, you'll be able to play any game at those setting, no doubt.
