So this is the stuff I wanted to get. The CPU for the obv reason, then I read alot about different MOBO's and basically liked this one with its features and didnt want the UD5H because it wasnt much more to it and dont need wireless. The ram I just want to be safe, I know alot of people are going to say you only need 8gb but its just a personal thing(plus its not to expensive for ram) I am getting the case because I really really like the looks of it and for the GPU is because the 7950 I read it was a good card and want to run ultra or near ultra settings at 1920x1080 plus it comes with 3 games(that i was going to buy anyways so its cheaper for me to do that) For the PSU I really dont know if I should get a 650w or 750w, for OC'ing at this point I would only look at doing it to the GPU and not CPU for a while.

I am open to any suggestions on this build as in you find something better but keeping the overall price under $1100USD. And defiantly need help on my PSU problem.

Solution
1. You don't need 750w psu for a single gpu build even if you OC unless you'll go dual gpu which is the case that you need to go with a 750w. You can go with a 500w psu if you'll run on single card, but better get 550w/600w If you're that cautious. And I will also suggest that you get a 550w instead which will save you some money.
2. Yes, most will suggest getting 8gb ram instead even I would suggest that. But since you're pretty decided getting the 16gb, it's still fine.
3. Everything else is quite good and yes will run on ultra at 1920x1080, just don't forget a cooler once you plan to OC that CPU. a hyper 212 evo will do.
