you dont need extra fans. they dont do too much. push pull on a hyper 212 also doesnt do much. only 3c better than a single fan, but double the noise. not worth it

the 660ti and the 7950 are roughly equal with the 7950 performing a tad better. but the 660ti is a fair bit cheaper, earning the recommendation

Then 750W psu is too much. Get a quality PSU from Antec, Seasonic, XFX, Corsair or PC Power and Cooling, Silverstone. ~ 550w. At least 80+ bronze quality.
Also, i5 Memory Types Supported are DDR3-1333 DDR3-1600, so no use of 1866MHz ram.

Good cases are NZXT, Azza, Fractal Design, Antec, Cooler Master.
