Radeon 6950 and Viewsonic VX2253MH HDMI connection

I'm having a bit of a problem, my screen seems a bit blurry, mostly noticeable on text but it also seems a little off in games in well. I've already set my monitor to HDMI PC and set the Overscan to 0% but it still seems a bit off, could I possibly get some help?

Please also check to make sure the resolution is actually running at 1920 x 1080. If the blurriness issue is not caused by either the resolution or the AMD Underscan, then it could be possible that you have a defective display. I would suggest calling ViewSonic Tech Support for additional troubleshooting advice and/or RMA at (800) 688-6688. Thank you.
