I’ve been trying to locate a firmware update, which I thought I found.
I was unable to locate the brand of CD-R/W I have, so I took my PC
apart and found out. It’s made by Norcent (model RW320), I’ve never
heard of them. Anyway, I found this URL
http://www.norcent.net/supportDeta [...] L%20DRIVES which says it has a firmware upgrade for that model (32X.ZIP),
however, when I click it I’m given the following:
404 File Not Found
The page you are looking for might have been removed,
had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
I went to email these guys (emails supplied under live chat) and they
were returned with non-deliverable permentaly (spelling). To me, that
means no firmware update. I’m really hoping someone can help me out,
please

MAP,
thank you, that’s a very nice looking burner, DVD too which I don’t
have. Thank you so much for the suggestion, I’m going to look in to
this today.
