Graphics card to run two Dell U3011 monitors

Hey folks, struggling with graphics card for new build. Basically, I was thinking of using two EVGA GTX 670 4GB cards in lieu of one EVGA GTX 690 to run two Dell U3011s @ max resolution. I even looked at the Nvidia Quatro line but it seemed overpriced. By way of background, I use the computer primarily for photography/video editing (70-80%) and the for gaming (10-30%). Currently, I have a five year old (dinosaur) computer that takes over 30-45 minutes to render some panoramic stiching of 20-50 pics that are 50-100MB each. Completely unacceptable. I use various programs (e.g. CS6, Adove Preimier, autopano, etc.) to do all of my video and photo editing and they either crash or take ions to do. Anywho.......enough about the background, below is my build and I would like to know what graphics card you guys would recommend to accomplish everything I would like to do. BTW, for those of you in the market for a U3011, I just purchased my monitor directly from Dell on Black Friday and picked two of them up for $886 each. The sales guys got the manager to give me some "extended discounts".........couldnt resist buying them. I HIGHLY advise you guys to do the same if you want one.
