Hello, I'm trying to build a gaming PC which will last for a while and run most of the games out there and coming out this year. I don't know much about PC parts so I'll need some help and opinions with what to choose.

The price range would be around 1k-1.2k USD

I understood the Gigabyte G1.Sniper M3 motherboard is good for gaming. Some others said the Z77 are better. What you think would be best to go with following configuration?

Motherboard: Gigabyte G1.Sniper M3 or Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H-WB WIFI
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD7950 Boost Dual-X 3GB DDR5 384-bit
Processor: Intel Core i5 3570K Ivy Bridge BOX
Power Supply: Seasonic G Series 550W
Memories: Kingston DDR3 8192MB (2 x 4096) 2400MHz CL11 HyperX Predator
HDD: HDD Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB SATA3 32MB 7200 RPM

What you think of it ? Could I change some parts into better ones around the price I mentioned above ?

Thanks for the help!

How about the Motherboard ? What would you take at a price of 150 USD around ?

I'm having a tough time choosing one cuz so far got so many different opinions from others that I'm lost on deciding..

most people go with popular asrock extreme4

but if you have more room on budget, your sniper m,obo is good

remember that the OS you will buy, will be tied to your mobo. so it is important to keep a high quality mobo choice
