7970 sapphire Vapour X confusion - I have two different editions?

I bought 2x 7970 sapphire vapor-x edition gpus from ebuyer, the same card. Both cards look identical bar one difference, one has slots for 2x 8 pin connectors and the other has 1x 6 pin and 1x 8 pin. Have I got two different cards? They came in the same packaging and were bought on the same order.

Should I return the 1x 6 pin 1x 8 pin versions of the card to the seller for a swap for 2x 8 pin versions of it? Apparently sapphire are saying there is no difference between the cards, they are identical but just revised versions.
