Fans Spin, No display

I took the PC apart because the thing kept crashing due to the Hard drive.

The first time this happened I simply just changed SATA slots and it worked fine.

Now, I plugged in another Hard Drive and still not working...

While I was in the case I took the heatsink off put new paste on cleaned the computer out really good.

Plugged it all back in still no display... I don't get any beeps but the speaker is plugged in...

Yes I read the troubleshooting thread, but I skipped a bunch of the steps because I know some things just is not the
problem...

Ok I did all the steps... somewhat fixed the problem...

However computer still will not run....

I turn it on, computer loads up the windows sign I see the bar run across the bottom of the windows logo. Goes black then blue screens...

sata ahci? go to bios and set sata mode to IDE

how do I know? I'm not sure if its AHCI or not. Any way to tell?

Just to clarify things, I have a smaller in size Seagate Hard Drive and a Western Digital Raptor both installed...

Its already set to IDE, I changed it to Raid and AHCI and neither worked.
