What do you think of this build?

So I am going to change everything of my old pc, except the videocard (GTX660) & Case. And I think this will be it:

*Will be mainly used for programming (IT Student) / gaming

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z77P-D3 - http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4148#sp
CPU: Intel i5 3570K (3.4GHz, unlocked)
RAM: 2x8GB Corsair Valueselect CL9 9-9-9-24
GPU: GTX660 ASUS Top edition. - owned
PSU: Corsair CX600W
Case: Corsair Carbide 300R - owned
HDD: Got a previously bought internal 320GB and external LaCie 1TB.. Don't remember the specs :/ But it's enough!

I also got the HDD and CD/DVD drive**
I live in the Netherlands*

So how would you rate it from 1-10 for someone like me?

This will cost me around 470 euros, not counting the case and videocard because I already have them.
The idea was to max out at 470 but in extreme situations 500..

Note: If you think I don't need to overclock/upgrade in the next 2-3 years, then I won't get the unlocked version probably...

More about what build
  1. 8, get an aftermarket heatsink since you have picked an unlocked processor
EDIT: you forgot to add a hard drive, no operating system
  2. what part of europe do u live in, and whats ur maximum budget in euros?
  3. Ah yese I also got the hard drive and CD drive. I live in the netherlands.

The idea was to stick around 450-500 MAX :P

And do I really have to get an aftermarket cooler? I won't be overclocking in the short period, just gt this so I can overclock after afew years when the i5 starts getting insufficient.

So what do you guys think? Based on the info, do I really need an aftermarket one or can I go for the normal non-K version?
