$500 budget build

I need an upgrade and can salvage dvd drive and hard drive. I can wait on the gpu as I have the radeon 4850 and the psu (450 watt 80+). So excluding those and the os. I need a build for $500. I kind of want a mini itx as I go to lan Parties.

What brand is this PSU? You should never salvage a PSU from a pre-built, or something like a logisys. The above build is perfect. But for the same price you can get a 2gb 7850.
