Switch graphics dont run

Hi

In my Notebook (Samsung NP350V5C) i have two graphics cards. The first is Intel HD 4000 and second is AMD Radeon HD 7600m series (WDDM v1.2).
I made reinstall Windows and now i cant using option "swich graphics". When i click PPM on deskop and chose "switch graphics" no nothing happens. I instal very many types od drivers but always this option would not run.
I need help

The only correct drivers for your notebook are on the Samsung website. Don't install drivers from anywhere else if they are for your notebook's internal hardware: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/global

I using this website (http://www.samsung.com/pl/support/model/NP350V5C-S0APL-downloads) to download drivers. Driver for Graphics deal 477mb. Im instal this drivers but cant switch graphcisc (option dont run me).
