Advice at upgrades

Hello all, i'm new here and I wanted few advices for my build here is mine at the moment build:

Motherboard: GA-ep45-ds3
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 quad CPU Q8200 @ 2.33GHz 2.33GHz
RAM: 8GB
Video Card: Gigabyte ATI Radeon HD 5670 1GB
OS: Windows 8 Professional 64-bit

I'm not good enough at computer to do it by myself :S

so I wanted to ask what CPU and video card I should get ? because I got lag on some new games and need to reduce graphics else fps is kinda low

How much are you willing to spend?

Upgrading your GPU would be the obvious move, but given the age of the system I would hesitate to add anything more powerful than a 7750.

If you want any upgrades beyond that you will pretty much have to get a new computer.

You need a much better card for gaming, for the cpu, you'll have to buy a new mobo too, in my opinion, with the haswell cpus coming, just get a better gpu, that cpu still holds well.
You might need a new psu for the card, depending on the psu you have.

Thanks for responces!, yet www.newegg.com is only USA region i assume, and i'm from Europe Lithuania.. so far im planning to get

Gigabyte motherboard: GA-H77-DS3H
CPU: i3 or i5
and still no idea what video card.. any advises? maybe Nvidia?

and maybe anyones knows good price store for Europians? that newegg had fantastic prices. Thanks
