Help with cooling high end intel/nvidia

Doing some upgrades to my system and am not very good when it comes to cooling.

System
Intel i7 3770k @stock 3.5ghz
EVGA gtx 4gb 680 classified (will have within 2 weeks)
8gb ram
2tb drive
Corsair h60 hydro CPU cooler
And will get sad once the next gen ones come out.

I have a cooler master haf x case. It uses to 200mm top fans, a 230mm front fan, a 200mm side fan, and 2 120s pulling air through the h60's radiator. I would like some advice to get the cooling done correctly. And if anyone know how to tell which way a fan is pulling air without turning it on.
