Unless XFX mess up the speed should have been programed into the cards bios. I would have to recommend getting a hold of XFX to see if they have a solution(I dont generally tell people to just flash a card.).

Hey, I was wondering if you ever solved this issue. I was looking at my stuff yesterday and noticed that my 6670 is only running at 667 Mhz Memory Clock, and according to http://xfxforce.com/en-us/Products/Graphics-Cards/AMD/A... it should be 1.6 Ghz. I have contacted Xfx but haven't gotten a response yet.

My Specs:
Amd FX 4100 Quad Core 3.6 GHz
XFX HD 6670
8 Gigs DDR3
Generic 450 Watt PSU
Gigabyte 880GM-D2H

I have a very similar build, same problem I tried overclocking to 800 MHz but the screen got ugly red dots and steaks of white, so reduced it.
