Age old probem - AMD or Nvidia?

I am currently lookin at a AMD 7850 or a Nvidia 660, both seem to be on par with each other, except for games that favor Nvidia for whatever reason.

I'm on the fence with these two cards.

As dheeraj said you would be better off getting a 7870. The 7870 is a bit faster than the 660 and isn't very expensive either.

I thought about that card but I've always been an xfx guy. I really like XFX and have never had an issue with their cards.

AMD = Not always, but at times late or bad drivers.
Nvidia = PhysX, an closed but utterly stupid standard.
