I've tried this new Geforce gtx 660 msi twin frozr in two PCs with 1. Z77M-D3H-MVP motherboard, and 2. B75M-D3V. Both are Gigabyte mobos. Both mobos have a PCIe 3.0 slot that my old GTX 260 card works fine in, but when I try to boot with the 660 in - I don't even get to the BIOS, although the fans on the card spin. Not sure if I should just RMA the card? I"ve tried updating the BIOS already on the B75M-D3V mobo, with no luck.

2 systems I'ved tried specs:

Mobo:Z77M-d3h-mvp
RAM:16GB SDRAM DDR3
CPU:I5
PSU:Corsair TX650 (650W)

MOBO:B75M-D3V
RAM:8GB SDRAM DDR3
CPU:I5
PSU:Corair TX650 (650W)

The common thing is the PSU - but I doubt that is the cause, as 650W is plenty to run this card...
Another note is that the PC remains ON, all the fans spin, LED lights are on, seems like its running fine - but no display.
