  1. Looks ok to me - though dont expect an excellent gaming experience due to your low/mid end graphics card;

    If your cool with maybe having to drop a few graphics settings or frames per second then your proposed system is fine

    For that cpu, you just need a h77 mobo : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157303

    That asrock has more features than that z77 level entry msi one.

    Cheaper ram : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145345

    Cheaper hdd : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148767

    For gaming you need a better card, like the 660 gtx : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130825

    You might consider the CX500M, it's plenty for the system, it's also modular,after mir, it's 49.99$ : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139050&Tpk=cx500m
