Recommendation for a quiet PCIE 2.0 x16 nvidia video card

Hello,

I have a reasonably good desktop (P7P55D EVO, Corei5, 600 watt power supply in a Lian Li PC60FW case). I've built this mostly for quiet operation and added a fancy CPU fan for cool running).

The case is quite roomy with no other cards other than the low end video card. I'm looking to upgrade the video card to support 3-4 monitors, and would prefer something that can be used for occasional gaming (I'm not much of a gamer).

Could you provide suggestions for a good PCIe 2.0 video card (~$200ish budget) for such a system given the above needs? I prefer nVidia over AMD. I'd rather have a quieter card than a cooler running card.

You can get the 650 ti, its pci 3.0 but it's 100% compatible with 2.0/1.1/1.0 slot with 0% loss of perfomance :
