Help me find an HTPC case and PSU

Specs:
phenom2 x4 965BE
ga-78lmt-s2p
HIS hd4670
160gb HDD
4gb RAM (don't have yet but just I'm going to buy the cheapest 4gb I can find)

I need:
The smallest HTPC case that will take an mATX board.
A PSU to run this mess.

Lastly, the budget is AS CHEAP AS POSSIBLE.

Just a quick question. How much money would you be saving if your cheap as possible power supply blows out your entire new system? I understand there are budget concerns, but the absolute last place to skimp is with the power supply.

There's a sticky at the top of the forum section about asking for New Build Advice. Use that format and update this thread.

I would probably look at these cases:

    NMediaPC 1080p HTCP case
    SilverStone MILO Series ML03B

And if you don't mind waiting for the rebate:
    Corsair CX430M 430watt Semi-Modular Power Supply
