I waht to up grade to better graphic card and psu Help if you can.

Need to know make/model of PSU. Or at least the nameplate amp rating for the +12V rail(s). That will determine if you can use a card that requires more power than the 75W provided by the PCIe slot itself.

Check if the power supply is 280W or better. Is your computer on this sheet? http://shop.lenovo.com/ISS_Static/WW/AG/merchandising/US/PDFs/kseries_techspecs_110909.pdf

If it is 280W, your best bet is probably a HD 7750. Users with 250-300W power supplies seem to use this video for light gaming. If you want more performance, you would need at least a good quality 450-550W power supply....allows you to use a moderate gaming card like a HD 7850, GTX 660 or higher.
