Need Gaming/Streaming PC build help

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me design a computer intended for gaming and streaming League of Legends. My budget for the PC is somewhere around the $600-$900 price range. I would prefer an Intel cpu because I am much more familiar with them.

The PC doesn't have to be necessarily built around possible future expansion. I would just like the best components out there to ensure that I can game and stream without any interruption or problems.
Approximate Purchase Date: Within the next week or two

Budget Range: 600-900$

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Streaming, Surfing

Are you buying a monitor:

Do you need to buy OS: Yes

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Any

Location: USA

Parts Preferences: Intel CPU

Overclocking: Maybe

Your Monitor Resolution:1920x1080

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Currently on my laptop the game will be super glitchy/laggy and unable to play while streaming.

My main priority right now is LoL but I also drift off to playing Starcraft 2, D3, and Dota 2

Was also wondering if I actually needed to spend that much money on a computer to get what i want accomplished. If there is a cheaper solution that is fully capable of handling it I'm all for it.

I keep seeing people asking for streaming builds... so I have to ask, "Why would one want to do that?" Using capture to analyze a raid or do machinima I get, but streaming not so much.
