Will this PSU supply enough power for this computer build?

A friend sent me this list for a computer he is building.

The mobo manual recommends a PSU of 500 watts or greater.

We just want to find out if the power supply is enough to power the mobo and the other listed components below or if a higher wattage psu is needed.

Yes, that's enough power, but you won't have enough power to add another video card. If you decide to do that in the future, you'll need a bigger PSU.
