Which one is better?

my friend need a card for 7500 INR, so which one is better.

1. Asus 7750 (820 MHz)

2. Sapphire 7750 (800 MHz)

3. Asus 550 Ti DirectCU

Note:- gonna buy it tomorrow.

The 550 Ti is, and always has been, a terrible card price/performance wise. The 7750 uses half the power, and is faster in DX11 games (All modern ones that need the horsepower). The 7750 is usually cheaper too. Get the cheapest 7750 GDDR5 you can get that has good user scores.
