Hello,

I have a laptop with a GTX 680M, but every game runs with vsync enabled even after disabling vsync both in-game and within the Nvidia Control Panel. Games are stuck at 30fps.

Is there a way to disable vsync that i am missing?

Thanks

Unlikely without using 3rd party drivers. Vsync is set up to display as many FPS as your screen can handle and not anymore. As such it keeps the power usage and heat of the laptop as low as possible. Or disable the laptop based software that is causing it.
