I need some input on the power supply and what wattage I should use. I dont plan on overclocking but it may be something I attempt in the future. Anything else in general about the build or something that they see that can be found cheaper or a different suggestion of product. Any information will be helpful so I can ensure that this build is right and everything is compatible. Thanks!

That psu is fine, but you should get a xfx 650w(it's 59.99$ after mir) and a better cpu from amd like the FX-6300 : http://pcpartpicker.com/p/xUHM

Do I really need 650W? Seems like alot to me. If it has too much wattage isnt that bad?

No, 550w is plenty, but the xfx is at the same price(or almost),it's slightly better, so i pointed out that one, the rosewill psu will do, i still recommend going with the FX-6300, if you can, if not, well, that x4 965 be ain't bad.
