ok, after months of lurking, this is what i came up with.

dont plan on OC'ing atm but would like to later. should i drop the 660 in lue of this 7850?

ill be gaming on one screen but will (eventually) have an extra screen for Skype and such.

Just throwing out there - that mouse is a rip-off. It's not even close to being worth $100.

As for the other things, don't overclock. Get an i5-3470 and a h77 motherboard, and spend that money to upgrade your video card. Presuming this is for gaming, your video card is where most of the money should be going. You can get windows 7 for $80, and you don't need the extra case fans - that case should be fine.

Oh, and you want 2X4GB sticks instead of 4X2GB sticks.

money is not that big of an issue, i would rather have the ability to oc in the future and pay the 30 bucks now. im looking at the 7950's now. is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125414 any good?
