I have to stop the continuous loading of Assus Gateway Express.

Hello,
For the last 48 hours, the Assus Gateway Express has been trying to load on my PC (Reason). I have tried disabling it on the Bios. It does not work. When I reboot, I can get beyond my user screen and have around 2 minutes to do anything before the computer reboots and I am at the same position of dark screen and message "loading ASSUR Gateway Express..." How do I stop it?
