Ok, I'm building a gaming pc. Please note I am going to be playing MMOs and some mods off steam with it and I AM NOT OVERCLOCKING no interest in it.

My question is will a corsair 430W handle this rig fine?

It will be just fine. What is your budget for this rig?

PSU is fine if not overclocking, however, if you ever need to update your video card you will need a better PSU.
