430W PSU ok for build?

My question is will a corsair 430W handle this rig fine?

  1. It will be just fine. What is your budget for this rig?
  2. PSU is fine if not overclocking, however, if you ever need to update your video card you will need a better PSU.
  3. i wanted to keep it under $400 since i already have the hdd and optical drive
